A black man took a black woman to the white house, Shouldn’t it be the same the other way around?
Interesting turn of events right?? We know without a doubt that black people are now occupying the most powerful offices in the United States. This is actually good, I’m sure we will make something of these offices in the future, maybe not now, we are just getting used to it. On the featured image of this post, we have a very interesting picture, one of the most outspoken black women of the republican party, has a white husband, and then we have Kamala Harris who is a vice presidential nominee, and a democrat, who also has a white husband. I want to know where the outcry for the black man is ??? For me, you can be with who you love, but when black men do it, it’s almost as if we have betrayed our women when black women do it, it’s love. It is almost as if to say black men don’t understand love, but black women do ……. I believe in proof and facts, and go with what I see, of course, we all believe in some theories, but they will remain so till proven.
As far as we know, when the first black man occupied the most powerful office in the world, he had a black woman by his side, why can’t we expect the same courtesy from the black woman? Imagine if President Obama’s wife had been white, we would never hear the end of it. At least he gets some points for bringing the black woman into one of the most powerful offices in the world and not only did he do that he actually brought his mother-in-law, a black woman to the white house. Here we have two women with very different political ideologies, yet have one thing in common, So let us say by some strange miracle, one of them gets to be president, they are saying loud and clear, who they would have on their side. I don’t know about you but if a black woman were to become president of the United States, should we expect her husband to be white ??? Again I believe you love who you love, but we make a big deal about race, usually when it favors us.
A lot of black women aspire to be like Michelle Obama but have forgotten that she got to be the first lady or got to be this famous because of a black man, so if black women say they stand by our side all the time like they say they do, then we should have undeniable proof like we do when it came to occupying the most powerful office in the United States, we did not leave the black woman behind. Hopefully, a lot of black women see my argument and not use any mental gymnastics to justify this, they won’t win this one, Kamala Harris is a heartbeat away from the presidency and if Joe Biden should win, she becomes the president of the Senate.
To be fair, a lot of powerful black men have wives who aren’t of our race but different races, of course, we black men have done that, and we will admit to it, AGAIN, when it came to the most powerful position… we went to our black women and said ” come with me” We black men made sure the white house had a BLACK FAMILY!!. PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!. How is that for loyalty?
I agree with Candace Owens sometimes…. but on this, I don’t agree with her, if we have black republicans like Michael Steel and Herman Cain, sure she could have found a nice black Conservative, same goes for Kamala Harris there is no shortage of black democrats. To me, it says a lot about how the black woman has viewed the black man for a long time. She will only march for him when he is dead, if he is alive, well, child support will be knocking on his door. Where are women like Coretta Scott King when you need them, her loyalty was One in a Million.
Oh and save your conspiracy theories, we are going with what we can prove.
